Since Morpheus is generously buying us a server, he now has the right to control server settings. We should reflect this in the constitution. According to current rules, I solely decide on server settings. However, that is unfair and unpractical now. There are several options I see here, and I can't decide which one I like best:
1. Complete control handover to Morpheus
2. Me and Morpheus have to both agree on server settings.
3. Morpheus decides on server settings, but I can overrule him if I call a poll on it that wins a majority in my favor.
Plus maybe more. Currently I favor 1 most. I trust Morpheus to listen to me and the MW public, plus, technically he has full control. If he wanted to, no matter what the rule was, he could change server settings. So it more reflects the "real" situation. However, I'm not quite sure about giving full control over something like that to someone. So, I want your opinion. Eventually High Command will vote on an amendment on this subject. The question is, what amendment?
