There is a linux version, but I read on the forums (this if from Azymn himself):

This makes me think it ISN'T for macs. Its probably a serverside only linux version.

September 25th, 2004 - Mac version of ForceMod III

It's official now: ForceMod III v1.01 will be ported to the Mac.

Brad Oliver (the same guy responsible for porting JKA to the Mac) has generously offered to port ForceMod III over so that you Mac users can play too.

This will happen once the 1.01 patch code is ready, and it will be released simultaneously with the patch.

Sorry about the wait, but it's finally coming! =]

please don't put the server on forcemod III, i despise it with a passion. I used to play forcemod II on JK2 everyday for hours with two friends. OGOO7J1andOnly,
and snakeblskn. Both of there names you will find in the readme of forcemod III because they helped azy fix the beta version of it. Well right when i started beta testing it, i sent it to both Og and snake and they went off playing it all the time. I fell behind and once again. So i don't play it anymore. But technically if fm3 never came out i wouldn't be here in this clan. I'd be playing fm2 right now. well just plz dont put it on forcemod III its too complex.
