Here is my list as of present of what I approve and disapprove. A plus symbol (+) signifies that I say yes to including the map, an X symbol signifies that I say no to including the map. A question mark signifies that I have yet to decide, or haven't played it yet.

i think we should put all of those u said u where thinking to put on, mostly because they r great also to add some varation to the different types of maps, and the size differences.

The Academy Version 2: ? i can't find a link for this anywhere so i have no idea
UKM Academy: ? i havent played it. it sunds like an "anything and everyhting" type map...which can be annoying
Arena of the Rancor: X don't like it
Boba Fetts Hideout: X too small and not any good places
Mos Eisley Meanstreets: X not a good FFA map imo
Naboo Hills ( 2.0 ): X too many vehicles for my little base
Duel of the Fates 2004 Edition: + Yes...i nveer played it but yes. it would be so simalar to jk2...ah memorys

can i just say paradox sounds like u dont like anything, lol.
I think u should just add them all even if we dont use a map tht often. just so we can use it if we want to.

yeah but thats just tupid
whats the point if most of admins hate them.... they would just cahge the map.... then you get annoyed and say we admin abuse and we all get upset...

Paradox, if only you had taken notice of my previous post ( page 4 ) in this thread..
I have listed all the possible maps to be added & included links for you all to check them out.
I have also answered your request re: the hilt you wanted to be added on the server.

The Academy Version 2: + it's looks much better than the first one.
UKM Academy: X it clashes with ffa3 therefore no
Arena of the Rancor: X too dark
Boba Fetts Hideout: X too small

Too small? You didn't complain about the JO remakes.
The Academy Version 2: + Very nice map, loved it since I first tried it.
UKM Academy: X Haven't tried it. Don't plan to. I think it was raven or Flipip or Frogboy who showed me this. It's that British one isn't it? Nah, we'll just get the piss taken out of us.

Naboo Hills ( 2.0 ): X No. Absolutely no. Just, no. I hate all the Black Death Clan maps.
Duel of the Fates 2004 Edition: + I've played this one, didn't really like it. However, I don't see anything wrong with it. So yeah bring it in, could be pretty fun. I can see people Gripping people off the sides, and the Gripped will (unless they fumble for the grapple button) just land on another walkway.

Ok guys, i've given you a week or so to reply re: possible maps to include on our server. Atm i'll add the maps you have agreed to be put on ( The Academy V2, & Duel of The Fates '04 Edition ).  Btw, if any of you come accross other maps or modded hilts that interist you be sure to post your suggestions here for discussion. I'm quite happy to look into them. |
